Full-time temporary position (6-8 weeks) to manage accounts receivables in busy Ophthalmic Practice on Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Must have the following:
1-3 years of healthcare billing and/or accounts receivable experience
Knowledge of medical insurance and denials
Experience using MEDICAL software
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous health care accounts receivable experience
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be dependable
Must be able to communicate effectively; prioritize, troubleshoot, and problem solve
